The Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement commits Canada and the United States to prepare and issue Binational Strategies to reduce the release and impact of Chemicals of Mutual Concern. The Binational Strategy for Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Risk Management will be used by the Governments of Canada and the United States with their partners to identify, prioritize, and implement actions to reduce PCBs in the Great Lakes region. This PCB strategy covers a list of 26 management options to address threats to the Great Lakes by reducing PCB releases.
