The Great Lakes Public Forum is being held October 4-6, 2016 at the Allstream Centre in Toronto Ontario Canada. The Great Lakes Public Forum, occurring once every three years, provides an opportunity for the United States and Canada to discuss and receive public comments on the state of the Lakes and binational priorities for science and action; and provides an opportunity for the International Joint Commission to discuss and receive public comment on the Progress Report of the Parties.
