Committee Charge:
To develop a public involvement
strategy that fosters effective two-way communication with the public,
based on the three tier approach in
the Concept Paper.
Current Focus:
To date, efforts have been primarily directed toward
the Tier I public (The Binational Public Forum). The Public Involvement
Subcommittee is in the process of establishing an ongoing communication
mechanism to reach the Tier II public.
